  • The Proprietor - Deb Williams Initially started her career working with Price Waterhouse in Yarrawonga, after moving to Melbourne she has worked in Accountancy, Building, Computing, Property Management & many other industries. In addition to running Business Bookkeeping, Deb has a passion for Scuba Diving & Cave Diving. Deb shares her time between our locations in Clayton, McCrae and Mt Gambier. Deb is accredited by Quicken as an Accredited Consultant (trainer) in QuickBooks, Quick Payroll, Cashbook & QuickPos. Deb also has extensive MYOB experience.  Deb is an authorised BAS Service Provider - she can lodge your BAS & IAS electronically with the ATO and take advantage of the extra time allowed for lodging.  Deb is a member of the National Institute of Accountants
  • Lynne Lynne is a Quicken Accredited Trainer in QuickBooks & Cashbook. Coming from a background of using QuickBooks in the transport Industry and a love of meeting and helping people Lynne is ideally suited to a training role. Lynne is based in Armadale so ideally located for our inner suburban clients. In addition to her Software training work, Lynne also holds a Diploma in Herbal Medicine and is often called upon for her wonderful stress relief skills - see www.signatureherbals.com.au
  • Rowena Rowena started off her career in the financial sector with thirteen years as an accounts administrator in the Royal Australian Air Force. She then moved into the private sector and began working as a freelance bookkeeper. In 2003 Rowena became an accredited trainer with Quicken and commenced her Diploma in Accounting. Rowena like Deb travels extensively to service our clients in SE Melb and the Frankston area.
  • Sue Sue runs the Quicken training centre and has a wealth of knowledge and experience, accredited by Quicken in all products we are happy to work with her to offer our clients classroom training.
  • Melissa Melissa is a Quicken trainer & MYOB Certified Consultant based on the Peninsula.
  • Dave Dave Quicken Accredited Consultant with a business development background based in Mornington and works with our tricky POS installations.
  • Tim Tim is a qualified accountant and Quicken Accredited Consultant. Based in Eltham Bob is ideally suited to work with our clients north of the Yarra. Tim has extensive experience with the total quicken range and multi-site installations. Tim is our POS guru.
  • Joanne Joanne joined the business bookkeeping team in January 2002, and her regular clients often comment on what a terrific job she does. Joanne's practical hands on experience in general accounting and payroll equips her to set-up and maintain your books utilising MYOB and QuickBooks. Joanne has extensive payroll experience in both small and large organisations.
  • Christine Christine's bookkeeping experience began in 1988 when she and her husband formed their own Company. Like Deb, Christine is, for the most part, self-taught in a variety of computer packages, the number of which has expanded since joining forces with Business Bookkeeping - QuickBooks, Quick Payroll, MYOB, and MYOB Payroll. Christine has also run her own successful resume business, and would be happy to assist you with your resume.
  • Trish Trish looks after our Northern Suburbs MYOB clients. With over 15 years experience in many varied industries such as, manufacturing, distribution, retail, wholesale, mechanical repairs, transport, service and more recently not for profit organizations & aged care facilities, Trish is very competent to satisfy your small to medium business requirements. Trish specialises in MYOB multi-user sites.
  • Julia Julia has gained extensive experience in QuickBooks and Quicken Payroll, she is now available to assist our Peninsula clients who are looking for some regular bookkeeping assistance.
  • Chris  Chris is now working with us and keen to help our clients not only with their QuickBooks and Cashbook data entry, but their general office admin. She just loves being organsied and is a great asset to the team.
  • Ange Ange is now in Brisbane and our Melbourne clients miss her – Ange has relocated to Brisbane and is building her own business www.allaboutabetteryou.com, whilst continuing to do some QuickBooks bookkeeping and helping us out with important things like designing our business cards and flyers etc.
  • Brooke Our web designer - Brooke has recently completed a double degree in Marketing and IT and is available to assist you with your Web site development and maintenance.
